Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention discloses a facial midline recorder designed for accurate determination, stabilization, and transfer of the facial midline during prosthodontic and esthetic dental procedures. The device utilizes stable facial landmarks in conjunction with intraoral stabilization to reduce operator-dependent errors. The invention comprises a vertical alignment rod, a soft nasal pad positioned at the nasion, a soft chin pad aligned with the lower facial midline, a bite fork assembly for intraoral stabilization, and a marking slot for direct midline transfer. The device improves esthetic precision, repeatability, and clinical efficiency in full mouth rehabilitation,complete denture, fixed prosthodontic, and implant-supported restorations.
