Abstract: The present invention relates to a Tactical Assault Reserve (PTA-R) parachute system and a process for manufacturing its canopy and associated components with high dimensional precision and operational reliability. The PTA-R system is designed for emergency use by military paratroopers following malfunction of a primary parachute, particularly during low-altitude tactical assault operations. The manufacturing process includes the sequential steps of cutting multiple layers of 37 GSM nylon fabric into gore panels, stitching and joining twenty gores to form a 7-meter flat circular canopy, applying main seam and periphery reinforcement tapes, attaching V-tapes, Taschengurt, and rigging lines, and constructing a reinforced vent assembly with apex lines. Ancillary components such as the pack cover, pilot chute, deployment spring, and connecting tapes are fabricated in parallel. The resulting PTA-R system provides improved structural uniformity, rapid deployment characteristics, and reliable performance under emergency conditions.
