Inventors include Janhavi Pravin Ingale; Kalpesh Aba Borse; Ganesh Bansi Patil; Patil Pravin Onkar; and Zamir Khan Gaffar Khan.
The application for the patent was published on September 18, 2026, under issue no. 38/2026.
Abstract: Abstract FABRICATION OF FLUORESCENT CARBON QUANTUM DOTS BASED NANOSENSOR FOR SENSING OF AMOXICILLIN G-CQD, a fluorescent carbon dot (CD)-based nanosensor, was developed in this invention with the goal of sensitively and specifically detecting amoxicillin (AMO). Green pea shell powder was used as the carbon source in the hydrothermal synthesis of blue-emitting G-CQDs from green pea shells, avoiding the requirement for functionalization or other chemical reagents. The sensor functions via a "turn-off mechanism in which exposure to amoxicillin quench the G-CQDs' fluorescence. DRAWING SHEET
