Abstract: Title: EYE MOVEMENT ANALYSIS SYSTEM USING PUPILLOMETRY AND GAZE 5 TRACKING FOR DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSIS OF AUTISM SPECTRUM DISORDER 10 15 This invention relates to an eye movement analysis system using pupillometry and gaze tracking for differential diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder. It typically includes a visual stimulus display (1), an infrared illumination module (2), an infrared eyetracking camera (3), a processing unit (4), a feature extraction software (5), a diagnostic engine (6), an automated report generator (7), a storage module (8), an user interface (9), and a system framework (10). This system offers a non-invasive, objective, and automated diagnostic platform that enhances the early detection of autism spectrum disorder through multimodal ocular analysis, significantly reducing clinical workload and dependence on subjective behavioural assessments. This system is applicable for the objective early screening and longitudinal monitoring of autism spectrum disorder, as well as for evaluating other neurodevelopmental, neurodegenerative, and cognitive conditions across clinical, educational, and research settings. 20 Figure 1.
