Abstract: The present invention discloses an artificial intelligence-assisted polyherbal antibacterial gel comprising standardized extracts of Boerhaaviadiffusa, Phyllanthus niruri, Achyranthes aspera, and Aegle marmelos. Artificial intelligence-assisted molecular docking is employed to identify phytoconstituents with high binding affinity toward bacterial target proteins, enabling optimization of the herbal formulation. The selected extracts are incorporated into a pharmaceutically acceptable Carbopol-based gel containing propylene glycol, preservatives, triethanolamine, and purified water. The formulated gel demonstrates broad-spectrum antibacterial activity against Gram- positive and Gram-negative bacteria while exhibiting suitable physicochemical properties including pH, viscosity, spreadability, stability, and topical compatibility. The invention provides a scientifically validated, cost-effective, and environmentally friendly herbal antibacterial formulation suitable for topical therapeutic applications.
