Abstract: Exploring the Effects of Artificial Intelligence on E-Commerce and Logistics Systems ABSTRACT The present invention relates to an Artificial Intelligence (AI)- based system for enhancing the efficiency and performance of e-commerce and logistics operations. The system integrates machine learning, predictive analytics, intelligent automation, and real-time data processing to support demand forecasting, inventory management, warehouse optimization, order processing, transportation planning, route optimization, shipment tracking, and last-mile delivery. The invention analyzes customer behavior, sales records, inventory levels, traffic conditions, delivery schedules, and logistics data to generate automated recommendations and operational decisions. It further enables real-time coordination among e-commerce platforms, warehouses, distribution centers, transportation networks, and delivery personnel. AI-based predictive mechanisms assist in reducing stock shortages, delivery delays, operational costs, and resource wastage while improving delivery accuracy and customer satisfaction. The system may also incorporate Internet of Things sensors, computer vision, and continuous learning mechanisms. The invention therefore provides a scalable, adaptive, intelligent, and data-driven framework for modern e-commerce and logistics management.
