The application for the patent was published on August 21, 2026, under issue no. 34/2026.
Abstract: The present invention relates to an Explainable Artificial Intelligence system for personalized drug dosage optimization based on genomic and clinical biomarkers. The system comprises a patient data acquisition module, genomic biomarker processing module, clinical biomarker processing module, feature fusion module, artificial intelligence dosage prediction module, explainability module, and personalized dosage recommendation module. The system receives patient-specific genomic information, pharmacogenomic markers, clinical biomarkers, physiological parameters, medication history, and treatment-response information. The genomic and clinical data are processed and fused to generate a patient-specific representation, which is provided to an artificial intelligence model for determining a personalized dosage parameter or dosage adjustment. An explainability module identifies and quantifies the contribution of genomic and clinical features to the generated dosage prediction and produces an interpretable explanation associated with the recommendation. The system may further generate a confidence or uncertainty indicator and an alert when the prediction requires additional professional evaluation. Subsequent treatment-response information may be captured through a feedback module for controlled model evaluation and improvement. The invention thereby provides a transparent, patient-specific, and explainable AI-assisted approach for drug dosage optimization using integrated genomic and clinical biomarkers.
