Abstract: Currently, improving quality while reducing production time is a very difficult issue for the die and mould manufacturing businesses. Aluminum’s light weight, ease of machining, and resistance to corrosion make it a popular material in manufacturing.ce The workpie material for the experimental research in this paper is a flat aluminum bar. Aluminum materials are frequently utilized in components that need high productivity and a smooth surface. Achieving the required surface quality and dimensional accuracy is mostly dependent on machining procedures. One of the key machining techniques utilized in the manufacturing sector is end milling. The aluminum flat bar in the current study was machined using an end mill tool coated with High-Speed Steel (HSS). Because of their good toughness, resistance to wear, and capacity to tolerate moderate cutting temperatures, HSS tools are commonly utilized. Investigating how different end milling process parameters affect output reactions such cutting force and surface roughn
