Abstract: An examination training system for breast cancer, comprises a pair of silicone structures 101 to simulate human breast tissue, where the first silicone structure 109 represents healthy tissue and the second silicone structure 110 contains a plurality of artificial masses 111, a multi-layer sensor assembly disposed within the silicone structure 101 to detect user palpation interaction with the artificial masses 111, a microfluidic tissue simulation module disposed within the silicone structure 101 and axillary region to vary tissue stiffness and internal pressure for simulating different physiological and pathological breast conditions, an AI-based processing unit to generate spatial pressure heat map, classify palpation depth levels, determine palpation movement patterns, evaluate detection accuracy, and provide corrective feedback, a user-interface inbuilt in a computing unit to display training guidance and performance feedback, an Internet of Things (IoT) communication module to transmit performance reports for improving breast cancer examination training.
