MUMBAI, India, Sept. 14 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641106572 A) filed by Synve Technologies Private Limited on September 04, 2026, for Evidence-Governed Authoritative Outcome Commitment Using Mutable Trust State.

Inventors include Pradeep B N; and Vishnu B Rajanikanth.

The application for the patent was published on September 11, 2026, under issue no. 37/2026.

Abstract: EVIDENCE-GOVERNED AUTHORITATIVE OUTCOME COMMITMENT USING MUTABLE TRUST STATE A trusted semantic kernel (125) reconciles an outcome of an already-attempted external operation under a historical governed outcome condition (130). Outside an authoritative outcome-commitment transaction, post-execution Evidence (140) is evaluated using particular Evidence artifacts and Verifier implementations (162) having separately mutable authoritative admissibility or eligibility states. A private non-authoritative reconciliation artifact (170) records a candidate semantic outcome and exact identities and trust-state identifiers of the proof dependencies actually relied upon. At a later authoritative outcome-commitment boundary (180), current trust states of those same dependencies are re-resolved from authoritative persisted lineage. The outcome and governed consequences are atomically published only when required validity relations remain satisfied. If a relied-upon proof-trust state has changed, no semantic decision from the stale evaluation and no proposed consequence is published; the mismatch is a reconciliation concurrency conflict distinct from a semantic determination and causes fresh evaluation of the same historical proposition.
