MUMBAI, India, Sept. 28 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202621095043 A) filed by Akash Shivadas Chatake on August 05, 2026, for Evidence-Gated Multi-Memory Process-Twin System And Method For Anaerobic-Digestion Operator Advisory And Recovery Evaluation.
Inventor includes Akash Shivadas Chatake.
The application for the patent was published on September 25, 2026, under issue no. 39/2026.
Abstract: An evidence-gated process-twin method for anaerobic-digestion operator advisory is disclosed. A timestamped evidence envelope identifies a digester, gas target, units, observations, time basis and provenance. Process memory, mechanistic-constraint memory and experiment/decision memory are synchronized for the envelope. A non- compensatory gate vector evaluates target integrity, data quality, temporal admissibility, biological stability, methane feasibility and lineage resolvability. A failed hard gate cannot be offset by model confidence. The gate vector selects release, downgrade, substitution or abstention for a methane-related estimate or advisory. Where recovery evaluation is authorised, candidate interventions are simulated over a recovery horizon and admitted only when each trajectory step satisfies configured biological and physical constraints. A replay record binds evidence identity, memory versions, gate states, authority state and admitted or refused interventions, enabling reconstruction of the process-twin decision while preserving distinctions among measured, derived, predicted and simulated evidence.
