Abstract: A communication device can determine (840) that a triggering condition is met based on a difference between a first measurement and a second measurement. The first measurement can be associated with a layer 1/layer 2-triggered mobility, LTM, candidate cell. The second measurement can be associated with a serving cell for which a transmission configuration indicator, TCI, state is activated. Responsive to the triggering condition being met, the communication device transmits (850) a LTM lower layer measurement report.
