Abstract: ABSTRACT EVENT-BASED LINEN MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL SYSTEM FOR HOSPITALITY ENVIRONMENTS The main design of the present invention discloses an Event-Based Linen Management and Control System for Hospitality Environments, which comprises a hotel booking and room management interface, a smart linen storage unit and a one-way dirty linen return mechanism, a central host computer and an analytics and monitoring module. The main purpose of the present invention is to intelligently manage hotel linen storage, allocation, validation, return and lifecycle tracking operations based on booking events, room occupancy status and hygiene validation processes, thereby preventing dirty linen reuse, improving linen hygiene management, enhancing inventory traceability and reducing manual operational dependency within hospitality environments. The invention further utilizes an Artificial Intelligence Analysis Module based on a Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) model to analyze historical operational records for predicting linen demand, replacement requirements, inventory shortages and linen rotation, while generating room readiness information and operational alerts for hotel personnel.
