Abstract: A ergonomic resting device, comprising an L-shaped frame 101 having a first section 102 and second section 103 positioned on a fixed surface to attain a seating posture, a tripod like structure 105 attached with lower end of link 104 to provide stability to frame 101 on surface, multiple wheels 106 attached with structure 105 to move the frame 101 on surface, a head rest 107 installed on first section 102 by means of an extendable rod 108, for providing support to the user’s head while seating on the frame 101, a pair of hand rests 109 arranged on each side of the second section 103, each by means of an extendable bar 110 for allowing the user to place arms, multiple slits 111 carved on the first section 102 and each configured with a massaging roller, to provide back and forth motion to the rollers 112.
