Abstract: The invention discloses an ergonomic one-handed vegetable chopping device (100) comprising a support base structure (112), an inclined oval cutting surface (108), a vegetable fixation board (110) having retaining pins, a curved cutting blade (104), a movable pivot mechanism (106), a spherical grip (102), and anti-slip feet or members (114). The vegetable fixation board (110) holds a vegetable against slipping, while the movable pivot mechanism (106) guides the curved cutting blade (104) along a controlled rocking cutting path over the inclined oval cutting surface (108). The spherical grip (102) enables one-handed downward force application with reduced wrist strain. The anti-slip feet or members (114) stabilize the support base structure (112) during chopping. The device (100) supports controlled and independent vegetable chopping for users having hemiplegia or unilateral upper-limb impairment. Figure 1 is the reference.
