Inventors include Jui-Yuan Shih; and Yi-Ting Shih.

The application for the patent was published on October 02, 2026, under issue no. 40/2026.

Abstract: Provided is an ergonomic hammer/axe structure including a handle (10). The handle (10) includes a first body (11), second body (12), and third body (13) sequentially connected from distal end to proximal end. A central axis of the first body (11) is inclined upward relative to a central axis of the second body (12) by a first inclination angle (A). A central axis of the third body (13) is inclined downward relative to the central axis of the second body (12) by a second inclination angle (B). The striking component (20) is disposed perpendicularly on first body (11). When a user grips third body (13) and swings handle (10) downward to cause striking component (20) to strike a nail (30), striking component (20) impacts the nail (30) squarely via angular correction provided by first and second inclination angles (A)(B). The striking component (20) defines a parabolic surface.
