Abstract: “ENVIRONMENTAL KINETICS DRIVEN ANTIMICROBIAL RESIDUE PREDICTION AND COMPLIANCE ASSURANCE SYSTEM” An environmental kinetics driven antimicrobial residue prediction and compliance assurance system including an antimicrobial usage recording module and environmental data acquisition module collects environmental parameters associated with the batch location, including ambient temperature and geographic coordinates. A pharmacokinetic computation engine calculates elapsed time since drug administration, dynamically adjusts a reference half-life of the drug to a temperature-adjusted half-life based on the ambient temperature, and predicts an expected residue concentration using a first-order elimination kinetics model. A compliance evaluation module compares the predicted residue concentration against a regulatory Maximum Residue Limit (MRL) to classify the batch into compliance categories such as Safe, Hold, or High Risk. A batch classification and decision module automatically executes market- entry control actions based on the compliance status, and a regional risk surveillance module aggregates batch-level decisions to compute regional violation probabilities.
