Abstract: ABSTRACT: Title: Enterprise Resource Planning and Operational Efficiency Management System An Enterprise Resource Planning and Operational Efficiency Management System is disclosed. The system includes a multi-layer computing architecture comprising a Data Ingestion Layer, an Event-Driven Processing Layer, an Intelligent Analytics Engine, an Automated Workflow Orchestrator, a Distributed Ledger Audit Engine, and a Dynamic User Interface Module. The system ingests heterogeneous raw data streams from IoT sensors, legacy databases, and user inputs, normalizing them into a unified schema in real time. An event broker routes prioritized data packets to the analytics engine, which computes an Enterprise Operational Efficiency Index (EOEI) using predictive machine learning algorithms. When operational anomalies or efficiency drops are detected, the workflow orchestrator automatically executes cross-departmental tasks and reallocates resources without human intervention. Cryptographic hashes of all operational transactions are recorded on an immutable distributed ledger to ensure auditability and security, significantly improving operational throughput while reducing administrative latency.
