Abstract: ABSTRACT Enhancing College Students Perceptions of Social Change through Effective Writing Skills Social change is a fundamental aspect of societal development, influencing cultural values, economic growth, technological advancement, and community well-being. College students play a significant role in shaping future social transformation through their ideas, communication, and critical thinking abilities. Effective writing skills enable students to express opinions, analyze social issues, propose solutions, and actively participate in social development. However, many students face difficulties in communicating complex social concepts due to inadequate writing proficiency and limited critical analysis skills. This paper proposes a framework for Enhancing College Students’ Perceptions of Social Change through Effective Writing Skills. The proposed system integrates writing assessment techniques, AI-based language analysis, cloud learning platforms, and social awareness modules to improve students' understanding of social change. The framework enhances communication skills, critical thinking, social awareness, and academic performance while encouraging active participation in societal development.
