Abstract: ABSTRACT ENHANCED RANDOM ACCESSExample embodiments of the present disclosure are directed to enhanced random access. A method comprises obtaining a set of power parameters associated with a transmission in a random access (RA) procedure and interference information; determining a predicted transmit power for the transmission by inputting the set of power parameters and the interference information into a machine learning model; comparing the predicted transmit power with an actual received power associated with using the set of power parameters for the transmission under the interference information; and in accordance with a determination that a difference between the predicted transmit power and the actual received power is less than a threshold, using the machine learning model for a transmit power prediction of an RA transmission.
