Abstract: A method implemented by a wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) may include receiving a CSI resource configuration. The CSI resource configuration may include information related to a grid-of-beams (GoB) that includes a plurality of beams, an indication to partition the GoB into sub-grids, an indication of an initial set of candidate beams, and a selection criteria. One or more beams of the initial set of candidate beams may be determined for selection based on the selection criteria. A precoding matrix indicator (PMI) may be sent based on the one or more beams of the initial set of candidate beams that were selected.
