Abstract: The proposed system is an AI-Based Career Intelligence and Workforce Readiness System. It is meant to offer skill assessment and to predict career paths. It improves ways of giving career advice and suggesting jobs. It uses Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing and predictive analytics. The system looks at a persons education, technical skills, certifications, projects, work experience and career interests. It then predicts the career paths and checks how ready a person is for the workforce. There is a data-quality module that ensures the data being input is correct as well as properly formatted. As a result, the AI forecasts become much more credible and accurate. The system consists of a Skill Graph. The Skill Graph connects Skills to Jobs and Certifications with the Industry needs. It detects areas of lack in the Skills and provides guidance on the right Careers for those areas. The suggested courses are not just based on the needs, but also the learning of the users. As a result, the system is much more transparent. It encourages more trust of the system. The system is adaptable as well. It provides job suggestions that include courses, certificates, projects, internships. The system can be accessed through both computer and mobile devices. Hence, it is a very good tool for those people who are planning their careers, and need to make some decisions to that effect.
