Abstract: The present invention relates to an Engine Seizure Prediction and Warning System Using Machine Learning. A plurality of sensors continuously monitor engine parameters such as temperature, oil pressure, vibration, engine rotational speed, coolant temperature, and engine load. A trained machine-learning model processes and analyzes acquired sensor data, and determines abnormal operating patterns linked to an imminent engine seizure. The analysis is used to establish a level of risk for engine seizure and a visual, audible or electronic warning is issued when an abnormal condition is detected. The system can be used in a critical condition to communicate with an engine control unit to give a protective-control request. The proposed invention provides a means to detect engine seizure conditions early and facilitates preventative maintenance of the engine, thereby helping to avoid severe damage to the engine, an unexpected breakdown, repair costs or vehicle downtime.
