Abstract: An engine cover maintenance device, comprising a rectangular base 101 having four telescopic rods 102 attached underneath base 101, multiple motorized omnidirectional wheels 103 provides locomotion to base 101, a chamber 104 stores welding strips, a container 105 stores a cleaning solution, an L-shaped telescopic link 106 arranged on base 101 via a primary ball and socket joint 107, end of link 106 provided with a nozzle 108 connected to a pump 109 for spraying cleaning solution onto an engine cover, a motorized brush 112 is disposed at an end of an L-shaped telescopic member 110 which is arranged on base 101 via a secondary ball and socket joint 111, for scrubbing of engine cover, two telescopic grippers 113 fetches a strip from chamber 104 and places onto a crack on cover for welding, an ultrasonic oscillator 116 emits ultrasonic waves onto strip to weld strip with crack.
