Abstract: The invention relates to an engine cooling system (100 / 200) of a vehicle (10), comprising a liquid cooler (102 / 202) comprising at least one mounting provision (112/212) provided on the top surface (104 / 204). In one embodiment the cooling system comprises a grill element (114) and an air deflector element (116) both attached to the at least one mounting provision (112). In another embodiment the cooling system comprises a radiating cum air deflecting element (214) attached to the at least one mounting provision (212). The air deflector element (116) or alternatively, the radiating cum air deflecting element (214) diverts hot air generated by the liquid cooler (102 / 202) in a rearward direction of the vehicle. Thus, hot air generated by the engine cooling system is diverted away from the at least one electrical or electronic component (30).
