The top cover member (216) adapted to cover the housing. The top cover member (216) having an inner surface facing the plurality of battery cells and an outer surface opposite the inner surface. The one or more electrical members (214, 222, 224, 226) and the one or more wires (204, 206, 218) being disposed on the inner surface of the top cover member (216).
