Abstract: Title: ENERGY SAVINGS ESTIMATOR: A WEB-BASED DECISION SUPPORT SYSTEM FOR EVALUATING INDUSTRIAL MOTOR UPGRADES 5 10 15 The titled invention discloses a web-based decision support system for evaluating industrial motor replacement in centrifugal load applications such as pumps, fans, compressors, and ventilation systems. The system is designed to determine whether replacing an existing industrial motor with an energy-efficient alternative results tn actual energy savings or increased energy consumption. The system comprises a motor data input module (1), an affinity law computation engine (2), a mechanical suitability verification module (3), an energy savings calculation module (4), a financial analysis module (5), a graphical results display module (6), and a PDF report generation module (7). The system receives motor operating and financial parameters, performs technical suitability verification, evaluates energy performance, and calculates economic feasibility including annual savings and payback period. The system further provides visual comparison of energy consumption and generates downloadable audit reports. The integrated browser-based architecture enables accurate, accessible, and automated industrial motor replacement evaluation without server-side processing or manual engineering calculation
