Abstract: An energy-optimized environmental shelter, comprising a dome-shaped frame 101 made of interconnected rods 102, providing structural support on a fixed surface for temporary outdoor use, a plurality of motorized rollers 103 is mounted at the apex of the frame 101 to roll and unroll a multi-layered flexible sheet 104 forming a closed enclosure, the sheet 104 includes a topmost flexible solar panel sheet layer 104a, an energy conversion layer 104b with solenoid actuators, and an innermost structural fabric layer 104c, a camera 105 detects snow accumulation, a wiping unit 106 on a motorized slider 107 with an extendable link 108 removes dew, the dew water is collected in a dedicated storage chamber 109 and purified through a water filtration unit 110 with a pre-filter 110a and activated carbon filter 110b, a power cutoff unit manages appliance power, an LED display panel 114 provides real-time monitoring and visual feedback.
