Abstract: This project presents a smart system that harvests energy from gym equipment and converts human effort into electrical energy. During exercise on machines like treadmills, cycles etc. mechanical motion is captured using a generator or dynamo to produce electrical voltage. A microcontroller such as the ESP32 monitors the generated voltage and controls the system. The output is then converted into stable DC using rectifiers and voltage regulators and stored in a rechargeable battery. The system also uses sensors to voltage, and energy generation, providing simple real-time feedback. It ensures efficient energy harvesting, proper voltage generation, and safe storage without overcharging. This method reduces energy wastage, supports renewable energy, and offers a simple, cost-effective solution for gyms and fitness centers.
