MUMBAI, India, Aug. 31 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202621079658 A) filed by Raj Kumar Singh; Ani Thomas; Mayank Verma; and Nikhil Sahu on June 29, 2026, for Energy Continuity Control System With Controlled Power Restoration.
Inventors include Raj Kumar Singh; Ani Thomas; Mayank Verma; and Nikhil Sahu.
The application for the patent was published on August 28, 2026, under issue no. 35/2026.
Abstract: ABSTRACT ENERGY CONTINUITY CONTROL SYSTEM WITH CONTROLLED POWER RESTORATION A presence- validated electrical continuity control system (100) for energizable electrical loads comprises an image capturing unit (102), a multi- modal sensor array (103), spatial validation sensors (115) defining a Safe Engagement Zone (116), a normally-open latching relay (111), a non-volatile state memory (113), a manual restoration module (112), a safety verification module (114) and an interlocked safety-state machine (119). The system maintains electrical continuity to the load only while human presence is continuously validated and spatially relevant within the Safe Engagement Zone (116). Upon validated absence, the normally-open latching relay (111) opens to physically interrupt electrical continuity and the system enters a protected de-energized lock-state preventing automatic restoration. Electrical continuity is restored only after deliberate manual actuation at the manual restoration module (112) followed by successful safety verification, whereupon the exact previously preserved operational state is retrieved from the non-volatile state memory (113) and reinstated.
