Abstract: An energy and safety management system, comprising a housing 101 configured to be mounted on an auxiliary room ceiling, an imaging unit 102 mounted on the housing 101 via a gimbal 103 and configured to continuously monitor the surrounding environment, a human detection module installed on the housing 101 and configured to identify human bodies across the room and enable a microcontroller embedded in the housing 101 to activate the imaging unit 102 accordingly for confirmation, an AI (artificial intelligence) module integrated with the microcontroller and configured to utilize trained machine learning models for analyzing sensor and imaging data to identify the exact positioning of the humans across the room and enable the microcontroller to dynamically direct the cooling and airflow to the occupied zones, via an embedded VSD (variable-speed drive) controller connected to an auxiliary air conditioning unit in the room.
