Abstract: The present invention relates to an endovascular stent system (100) comprising an expandable scaffold structure integrated with physiological sensing elements, a signal acquisition module (102), a Triple Modular Redundancy verification module (104), a majority voter circuit (106, 210), a distributed memory module (110), a communication module (120), and a power management module (122). The physiological sensing elements comprise pressure sensing elements (301), optical sensing elements (308), and electrophysiological sensing elements (100) distributed on the scaffold structure. Physiological signals acquired from a vascular environment are digitized and processed through redundant logic paths (204, 206, 208), wherein the majority voter circuit (106, 210) generates verified physiological data. The verified data are stored in distributed ferroelectric random-access memory (110) and selectively transmitted through the communication module (120). The power management module comprises inductive micro-coils (122) configured to receive external inductive energy for operation of the endovascular stent system (100).
