Abstract: Abstract The present invention discloses a three-in-one dental operative instrument designed to perform mixing, carrying, and condensing functions using a single handheld unit. The instrument consists of an elongated handle with two functional ends. The first end includes a carrier and a condenser positioned on the same side but facing opposite directions. The carrier is used to pick up and transport dental material from a mixing surface to the tooth, while the condenser is used to compact and adapt the material within the cavity or canal. This arrangement allows the user to switch between carrying and condensing actions without rotating the instrument significantly, enabling smooth and continuous workflow. The second end of the instrument includes a slot designed to hold a detachable agate spatula. The agate is used for mixing dental materials such as zinc oxide eugenol, glass ionomer cement, and other restorative materials. The slot provides a snug fit, allowing the agate to remain stable during mixing while also being easily removable when not needed. By integrating all three functions into one instrument, the invention reduces the need for multiple tools, minimizes chairside clutter, and improves efficiency during dental procedures. The design also enhances control and convenience, especially in confined intraoral environments
