MEENAKSHI AMMAL DENTAL COLLEGE AND HOSPITAL ABSTRACT The present invention discloses a clinical decision support system for endodontics configured to assist in diagnosis, radiographic interpretation, treatment planning, procedural guidance, and complication prediction. The system comprises a storage unit configured to store clinical cases, radiographic images, and treatment protocols; a processing unit adapted to analyze clinical and radiographic data using artificial intelligence; and an image acquisition unit configured to receive periapical radiographs or cone beam computed tomography scans. A display unit is provided to present real-time chairside guidance, while a risk alert unit generates predictive warnings of procedural complications based on patient-specific parameters. A case update unit enables continuous addition of clinical data, and a training unit provides case-based learning and simulation. The units are structurally interconnected to enable sequential data flow from acquisition to processing, guidance, risk prediction, and learning, thereby providing an integrated and adaptive clinical decision support system for endodontics.
