MUMBAI, India, Sept. 7 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641104311 A) filed by Adepu Arun Kumar on August 30, 2026, for End-To-End Automated Document Analysis And Blockchain-Based Verification Of Real Estate Title Records.

Inventors include Adepu Arun Kumar; and Adepu Sanjana.

The application for the patent was published on September 04, 2026, under issue no. 36/2026.

Abstract: The invention relates to a computer-implemented system and method for verifying and tracking real-estate title-transfer transactions using a document-processing and machine-learning pipeline coupled to a cryptographically chained, tamper-evident transaction ledger. Digitized land-title and regulatory documents are processed through an optical-character-recognition and named-entity-extraction pipeline to produce a structured feature vector, which is supplied to a trained classification model to compute a verification score; parcels are gated for publication based on this score. A finite-state milestone engine records each transaction-state transition (sourcing, verification, listing, booking, agreement execution, registration) as a ledger entry containing a cryptographic hash of the preceding entry, forming a tamper-evident audit chain stored in a geospatially indexed database. Completion of the registration state, verified by matching a computed document hash against a digitally signed registration record, computationally triggers an application-programming-interface call to a payment-gateway/escrow subsystem authorizing conditional disbursement. The described data-processing pipeline, hash-chained ledger structure, and geospatial indexing scheme provide a technical solution — improved data integrity, tamper- evidence, and query efficiency — to the technical problem of verifying and auditing multi-party land-transaction records, distinct from and beyond the underlying business arrangement it is applied to.
