Abstract: Example embodiments of the present disclosure are directed to encoding reference signal to measurement report. A method comprises receiving, from a second apparatus, configuration information for a measurement on a set of reference signals; performing, based on the configuration information, the measurement on the set of reference signals; and generating a measurement report for a measurement event based on the measurement, wherein the measurement report comprises a first indication associated with a first reference signal of the set of reference signals, and the first indication is indicative of whether at least one second reference signal of the set of reference signals fulfills a condition for the measurement event, and the at least one second reference signal is reported after the first reference signal in the measurement report; and transmitting the measurement report to the second apparatus.
