Abstract: Example embodiments of the present disclosure are directed to encoding reference signal to measurement report. A method comprises receiving, from a second apparatus, configuration information for a measurement on a set of reference signals; performing, based on the configuration information, the measurement on the set of reference signals; generating a measurement report for a measurement event based on the measurement, wherein the measurement report comprises a first indication indicative of at least one condition, of the measurement event, for which at least one reference signal of the set of reference signals is reported in the measurement report; and transmitting the measurement report to the second apparatus.
