Abstract: Provided in the embodiments of the present application are an encoding method, a decoding method, an encoder, a decoder and a storage medium. The decoding method comprises: determining at least one reference position around a current block, the at least one reference position comprising a first reference position, the first reference position corresponding to a first reference block, prediction being performed on the basis of a first prediction mode with respect to the first reference block, the first prediction mode not belonging to target intra-frame prediction modes, and the target intra-frame prediction modes at least comprising an angle prediction mode; according to a pixel value of the first reference block, determining a second prediction mode, the second prediction mode belonging to the target intra-frame prediction modes; adding the second prediction mode to a candidate set of intra-frame prediction modes; and, according to the candidate set, performing prediction on the current block.
