MUMBAI, India, Nov. 2 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611109572 A) filed by G. L. Bajaj Institute Of Technology And Management on September 12, 2026, for Employee-Interface Emotional Salary Analytics And Retention-Intervention System.
Inventor includes Dr. Priyanka R. Naagar.
The application for the patent was published on October 30, 2026, under issue no. 44/2026.
Abstract: Disclosed is a workplace retention-intervention system comprising a survey-delivery subsystem that presents workplace-factor questions and receives employee responses, an HR data interface that receives passive employee records, a benchmark interface that retrieves an anonymized peer benchmark selected by employee cohort attributes, and a processing subsystem coupled to the interfaces. The processing subsystem derives temporally weighted factor scores from the responses and passive records, combines the factor scores according to administrator-assigned weights to generate an emotional salary score, and determines a differential between the score and the peer benchmark. Upon detecting that the differential crosses a retention-risk threshold, the processing subsystem initiates a manager check-in by transmitting an intervention record identifying a lowest-scoring workplace factor and an associated intervention to a manager terminal, and stores the intervention record in an audit trail.
