Abstract: Emotion-Aware E-Learning SytemUsing Sentiment And Behavioural Analysis The present invention relates to an Emotion-Aware E-Learning System that utilizes Artificial Intelligence (Al), Deep Learning (DL), and Facial Expression Recognition (FER) techniques to enhance student engagement and learning effectiveness in virtual classrooms. The system captures live video streams from students through webcams and analyzes facial expressions in real time to identify emotional states such as happiness, sadness, anger, surprise, fear, confusion, disgust, and neutrality. A Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) model is employed to extract facial features and perform accurate emotion classification. The detected emotions are processed by an emotion analysis engine to determine student attentiveness, participation, concentration, and engagement levels during online learning sessions. The system provides instructors with real-time analytics, engagement reports, alerts, and visual dashboards to support data-driven teaching decisions. Furthermore, emotion and engagement data are stored for historical analysis, performance evaluation, and personalized learning recommendations. By integrating emotion recognition with e-learning technologies, the invention improves communication between students and instructors, facilitates timely academic intervention, and enhances the overall quality and effectiveness of online education
