Abstract: The present invention relates to an AI-based emotional intelligence system that analyzes user behavior, communication patterns, and health-related data to detect and predict emotional stress levels. The system collects data from multiple sources such as phone calls, messaging applications, wearable devices, and activity patterns to understand the emotional condition of a user. Based on the detected stress level, the system provides personalized support such as calming music, motivational guidance, relaxation activities, counseling suggestions, and emergency alerts to trusted contacts when required. The system continuously learns from user responses and improves future interventions through real-time feedback, thereby creating a self-learning and adaptive emotional support framework for improving mental well-being and emotional stability.
