Abstract: The titled invention discloses a smart soilless farming system with self-optimization and real-time NPK monitoring for precision agriculture. The system is designed to improve crop growth and resource efficiency by continuously monitoring nutrient levels and environmental conditions in a hydroponic farming setup. The system comprises an NPK Sensor (1), water level sensor (3), temperature and humidity sensor (6), pH sensor (7), EC sensor (8) collects real-time data regarding nutrient concentration and environmental parameters and transmit the data to the microcontroller unit (4), which forwards the acquired data to the Raspberry Pi (5) for processing. The sensors The Raspberry Pi (5) processes the collected data using Kalman filtering and TinyML- based adaptive calibration techniques to reduce sensor noise, compensate for sensor drift, and improve measurement accuracy. TinyML-based machine-learning algorithms analyze the filtered data and determine the optimal nutrient requirements for plant growth. Based on these predictions, the system automatically controls the relay module (9), water pump (10), and associated nutrient dosing mechanisms to maintain desired nutrient concentrations. The processed information is transmitted through the loT communication module (11) to the cloud monitoring platform (12) using MQTT protocol, enabling remote monitoring, data visualization, historical data analysis, and alert notifications through the user interface module (13).
