Abstract: Embedded Thermal-Electrical Protection System for Domestic Electrical Sockets ABSTRACT The present invention relates to an embedded thermal-electrical protection system (100) for monitoring and protecting a domestic electrical socket and an electrical load (111). The system comprises an AC electrical supply (101), a PZEM-004T energy measurement unit (102), a DS18B20 temperature sensor (103), an ESP32 microcontroller (104), a 16×2 I2C LCD display (105), a SIM800L GSM module (106), an antenna (107), a Wi-Fi communication module (108), a cloud/mobile application (109), and a relay module (110). The ESP32 microcontroller (104) receives voltage, current and temperature information and applies rule-based fault classification to identify conditions including overload, loose connection and dangerous heating. Upon detection of a warning condition, the system provides local and remote notification, while upon a critical current or temperature condition, the relay module (110) automatically disconnects the electrical load (111). The system thereby integrates thermal-electrical sensing, fault classification, automated physical isolation and remote alerting for improved domestic electrical safety. Figure-1
