Abstract: An elevator predictive maintenance device, comprises of an elevator car 101 configured to transport passengers between floors, a hoisting assembly operatively moves the elevator car 101, a motor drive operatively generates motion for the elevator car 101, a door assembly opens and close for passenger entry and exit, an elevator controller control elevator motion and door operation, a sensor network 102 generates real-time operational signals, an AI processing unit 103 process the real-time operational signals, a predictive maintenance module 104 generates a maintenance action output, a passenger safety module 105 detects at least one safety event, an energy management module 106 dynamically adjust at least one operating parameter selected from motor speed profile, dispatch scheduling, cabin lighting, or cabin ventilation, a remote monitoring interface 107 transmits elevator status, predicted maintenance outputs, and safety event outputs to an external monitoring endpoint.
