A plurality of switches (104) enables selection of a candidate or a political party. A controller (106) receives vote input, generates vote data, and encrypts the vote data to obtain encrypted vote data. The controller (106) executes a dual-channel verification mechanism (108) including a first verification channel (108-1) for validation of switch actuation and session integrity, and a second verification channel (108-2) for hash generation, timestamp association, blockchain block formation, and block hash validation. The controller (106) records a finalized vote upon successful completion of both verification channels.
