Abstract: Electronic Jacquard Controlled Dual-Layer Fabric Weaving Handloom System with Multiple Shuttle Holder ABSTRACT The present invention relates to a system (200) for producing a double-sided woven fabric (226). The system (200) comprises a loom (202) configured to receive a plurality of warp yarns (204) arranged as a first warp layer (206) and a second warp layer (208), and an electronic jacquard system (210) configured to independently control the warp layers through selective lifting of warp yarns (204). A multiple shuttle holder (212) carrying a plurality of shuttles selectively inserts a first weft yarn (214) into the first warp layer (206) to form a first fabric layer (216) and a second weft yarn (218) into the second warp layer (208) to form a second fabric layer (220). A binding mechanism (222) interlocks the fabric layers at predetermined intervals by exchanging warp and/or weft yarns. A control unit (224) coordinates jacquard operations and interlocking to selectively expose the first and second fabric layers on opposite surfaces, thereby producing a durable, double-sided woven fabric with enhanced pattern flexibility, structural integrity, and edge reinforcement capabilities.
