Abstract: According to one embodiment, an electronic device may comprise a memory for storing instructions. The electronic device may comprise at least one processor. The instructions, when executed individually or collectively by the at least one processor, may instruct the electronic device to identify that the traffic of a first application corresponds to a first category on the basis of a result of inputting, to a traffic category classification model, first data related to the traffic of the first application, the first data being configured in a first data structure including a first plurality of time points and a first plurality of network parameter groups corresponding to each of the first plurality of time points. The instructions, when executed individually or collectively by the at least one processor, may instruct the electronic device to perform at least one operation of enabling first traffic of the first application to be transmitted and/or received through a first data transmission path corresponding to the first category.
