Abstract: The present application relates to the technical field of terminals. Disclosed are an electronic device and a cover. The electronic device comprises a cover, a display screen assembly and a main body, wherein the cover is used for covering a gap between the display screen assembly and the main body; the cover comprises a first portion and a second portion, which are connected to each other; the first portion covers at least part of an edge of the display screen assembly; the second portion extends from the first portion to the main body; the main body internally comprises a sound cavity; the cover and/or the main body is provided with a sound output channel in communication with the sound cavity and the exterior of a mobile phone; the region area of the orthographic projection of a sound outlet of the sound output channel in a side projection plane is greater than 0; and the side projection plane is perpendicular to a plane where the display screen assembly is located, and is parallel to the edge of the display screen assembly corresponding to the sound output channel. The sound output channel and internal components cannot be observed from the front of the electronic device, thereby improving the appearance aesthetics; and the size and space of the display screen assembly can be increased and enlarged, thereby increasing the effective utilization rate of space of the electronic device.
