Abstract: In an electrical steel sheet for electromagnetic wave shielding, according to one embodiment of the present invention, grains having a ratio (D2/D1) of the diameter (D1) of a circumscribed circle to the diameter (D2) of an inscribed circle of 0.5 or more account for 70 area% or more among all grains on the surface of the steel sheet, the average grain diameter in a surface portion from the surface of the steel sheet to less than 2/5 of the thickness of the steel sheet in the thickness direction is 100 µm to 500 µm, and the average grain diameter in a central portion corresponding to 2/5 to 3/5 of the thickness of the steel sheet is 55 µm to 90 µm.
