Abstract: ABSTRACT ELECTRIC POWER TILLER WITH DETACHABLE BATTERY, INDEPENDENT ROTARY CONTROL AND AUTONOMOUS OPERATION An electric walk-behind power tiller (90) comprises three mechanically independent electric motors a left wheel motor (210), a right wheel motor (220) and a rotary tilling motor (230), driven through a front traction gearbox (310) and a rear rotary gearbox (330), enabling independent rotary control. A Smart Machine Control Unit (SMCU) (400) communicates with three motor controllers (410, 420, 430) over a CAN bus (500) and executes a hierarchical real-time routine comprising safety handling, kill-recovery slew, throttle-to-RPM conversion, jerk- free differential turn control and wheel-slip correction. A detachable battery system (700) enables continuous field operation by alternating an active sub-set with a complementary sub-set undergoing adaptive external recharging. An IoT module (900) transmits motor and battery parameters to a remote server. A wireless receiver (810) enables long-range operator command. The SMCU supports autonomous path-following using RTK-GNSS and IMU inputs to independently command steering corrections to the wheel motors. Fig. 1
